Refund policy

Returns. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email editnfynd@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back; we'll reply with return instructions, because items return to the partner that shipped them.

Final sale. Personalized or custom items, made-to-order Edit + Fynd Originals (printed apparel, totes, drinkware and cards), food and drink (teas, cocoa, treats), opened beauty and skincare, one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, and items marked final sale can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or wrong items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received. Original shipping charges are refunded only for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
